Hello

From a young age, I always had an affinity for the arts. I grew up in church, as my dad is a pastor, so I was almost forced to be in every play, musical, create graphics, take pictures and video, and be an all-around study of the creative arts. On top of being a pastor, my parents owned a small business decorating events, mostly weddings. So, yes, I have been to HUNDREDS of weddings throughout my lifetime, so I am quite used to the pressure of event days. :)

My love for camera work started when I took an elective class for college, thinking it would just be an easy credit. Little did I know, this one class would change my whole career path! After doing a few shoots with my old Canon camera I got for my birthday, I started mentoring under seasoned photographers. I had such a hunger to grow and learn! I was able to really hone my skills and style, and eventually I ventured on my own to create NBS.

My heart is in serving others, which is why I love our pricing model so much. I have tried to, in every aspect, build this company on the idea that we cherish people. I firmly believe no matter what color, background, sexual orientation, or gender someone is, they are still the image of God. And they deserve to be treated as such!
